i heard it is very hard,he is about 4-5 inches now

They can be sexed, but the specimens need to be noticeably larger than that.

Have You got any personal opinion how to check sex on L 18.I found some on Cat-eLog,but it is not much.

No, I have no personal opinion. In general, the rules are pretty much the same for ALL loricariidae (at least in the (ex-)Ancsitrini tribe or Hypostominae subfamily or whatever it is):
- Males have "hairy body" and/or pectoral fins.
- Females are "bigger round the middle region" (eggs).

Those apply to mature, well-fed adults - juveniles are much more difficult - and for any of the Gold nugget varieties, they are most often sold as juvies.
