Synodontis marmoratus?

I purchased this as S. marmoratus. There's no photo in Cat-eLog and it doesn't look like the one in Baensch. Its about 5cm. Any opinions?

Not marmoratus, the humeral process looks a little off but I will agree with batesii

According to the dealer, the CITES documents list this as S. marmoratus, but I didn't think it looked right. It was exported through Zaire. I also thought it bore a resemblance to S. afrofischeri. Thank you for the replies.
