ID this Ictalurid Catfish Please

ID this Ictalurid Catfish Please

I bought this guy live at an Asian Supermarket.

He's about a foot long and I think he's an Ictalurid. (roundish tail, little to no forking, and the barbel arrangement)

He looks like a very yellow Ameiurus nebulosus. I'm not 100% sure. His chin barbels are black.

He's adorable!!! :wink: I'll catch one of these every once in a whilein the Chesapeake Bay (more correctly the Susquehanna River). They're cool fish. Enjoy him

Of course not!! I wouldn't eat him. (I can't say the same about the channel cats at the supermarket though) :P

His spines poked through 4 layers of 2mil poly bags
