There is a possibility through Watermart, but momentarily I can't link the page due to a 404 error.

So where can people put their wanted/for sale posts from now on? I don't think you'll open a new forum, so Speak Easy perhaps?

Maybe a new forum category isn't such a bad idea?

Indeed, but only if people use it. Otherwise you'll create an extra empty forum.
However, I think the possibility of direct contact works better than bidding. On Ebay I prefer the Buy now items to the things you have to bid on (and wait for) - and usually get beaten in the last few seconds......
