Puffers and Suckermouth catfishes
Hi, I've a question for you:is it possible breeding the dwarf puffer Tetraodon travancoricus with FArlowella, Chaetostoma, Hypancistrus and Peckoltia? And the amazon pufferfish (Colomesus asellus)?

I think breeding puffers is quite a venture and so is keeping them with catfishes. Puffers have to follow their nature, which is biting/nipping. My fishes didn't like it a bit.
You could however try the T. travancoricus in your setting and keep a close eye on their behaviour towards your plecos.
I wouldn't recommend the C. asellus for they take much larger bites
