There's nothing preventing you from having two accounts, as long as you don't use this to cause trouble. One more account in about 5-6000 isn't going to make that much of a difference.
If you want to use your old account, you should be able to get your password sent to you - if you don't remember your e-mail address that you used, it's a "hotmail" address. If that's not enough for you to know which e-mail address, please PM me, and I'll give you the full e-mail address [I obviously don't want to give it to "everyone"].
