Adofoi problem

i got 4 adolfois a few weeks ago and they all seemed to settle in well apert from one, it has had its stripe on its back faided and kind of blotchy, also it swims around very little. It has a silvery ring round its eye almost like when its in spawning mode (according to accounts on internet) and it just doesnt seem to go round with the other 3,

Anyone got any ideas
