I agree with the others, definatly not true decorus. unfortunatly it seems to be yet another hybrid.
the dorsal rigid fin ray isnt quite the right shape and the dotted markings over the head are too large. And the humeral process (from what i can make out) is pointed as opposed to the more rounded and blunt tip that you would find in true decorus.
The humeral process and head markings are reminisant on S. multipunctatus, perhaps its a hybrid between multipunctatus and decorus, or worse still maybe a hybrid betwee the hybrid multipuntatus we have seen and decorus?

and decorus in the mix as well.
but as said before, with these it's not just the pattern that's not right, but the whole fish is stumped.....
it's like someone attempted to breed a "balloon Syno" or a "midget Syno"....
they don't even have the proper shape anymore.
baby decorus are slim. almost like brichardi or petricola. everything is in proportion. not like this little monstrosity.
best get your money back, these are the "parrot fish" in the Syno-world; worse than hybrids wich have a mixed pattern but a regular shape.
a new low.
