Yes, it's a Hypoptopoma. I do not know which species.

While they say to us as it is Hipoptopoma sp "Venezuela" :lol:

H. gulare is the one listed by CLOFFSCA as being from Venezuela. That's of course by no means sure to be the only species actually from Venezuela.
