I would gess that:

No. 1 is a male
No 2 is a female
No 3 is a female
No.4 is a female, but looking at just the head, I would sa a male. Is No. 1 the domianant one? This one also seemes to have som eyeproble and I would rekommend you to have a closer look at it!

Thanks for your reply.

Don't know if No. 1 is the dominant one. I bought the fish a few days ago and they will be in quarantine for the next couple of weeks where I'll observe them closely.
