Hey guys, I aquired this little Synodontis a couple of days ago and i'm not 100% sure what he is....I initially thought it was a young S, gallinae

I think this is a hybrid.

looks like they're mixing eupterus with decorus.

it's a guess but I can see characteristics from these 2 species in your fish.
