I don´t have any idea about this fish. I think this is a small (young) fish marine

Hello if it had been cought in English waters it could be either a Clingfish or a Lumpsucker. Maybe you have a similar species over there. Acid John.

Agree - a uk clingfish is pretty close - possibly a relative?

No doubt about it, this is a picture of a cling fish. I have caught many of them over the years. There is even one (at least) freshwater species from Central America. They occur world wide both in the tropics and temperate waters.
I grow swamp trees like bald cypress and water tupelo in aquariums similar to bonsai

Oh well, next time I'll gogge the last answer before I answer. This is one of those freshwater fishes I'd love to have but I've never seen any but the marine species. Thanks to you now I know a few more places where the freshwater version exists, maybe someday I'll be able to track it down, it would be a great fish to breed, I've breed the salt water versions.
