Well what do you need to know?

I have bred them lots of times, all you need is a cave, male and female and your all set
30 gallon- breeding pair of bristlenoses, fry and other fishes.

7 gallon- 3 small albino cories and a few other fishes

This obviously depends on what you mean by "best", but if you search for "Breeding AND Ancistrus" in the Forum search, you'll find 219 (plus this one) threads on that subject. Have a look and I'm sure you'll soon find a few "meaty" sections that give you a good idea of what you need to know about caves, selecting and mix of male vs. female, etc, etc.

There's also some good info in Shane's world on Ancistrus in general and a brief bit about breeding (they aren't, in general, hard to breed - but until you got them breeding, it's obviously easy for someone else to say that they breed easily...)
