hi,
in not an expert, but in my opinion... since they can grow to like 6 inches, and they need lots of cover (rocks/driftwood) plus open spaces, i say 9 eupterus will need atleast 90g? again, i'm not an expert on eupterus, so i may be wrong.

lists 150mm SL. Going by the standard minimum size of 4L x 2L x 2L, you get a tank that is 2 x 1 x 1 foot. However, if you're going to keep a group, you'll need more space. I'd say that a tank in the range of 4 x 1 x 1 - such as a US standard 55g would be the minimum to allow for some "individual space".

Bigger is obviously better, and Noesis suggestion of a 90g isn't a that crazy - that gives some room for a few other fish too...
