Hi, I have about 13 pcs of discus with about 60 pcs of various plecos in one tank and I have no problem so far. The plecos generally leave the discus alone. But once, I noticed the common pleco going after the slime of the discus body in a lfs.

Hi guys, I agree that the barebottom tank looks kinda unnatural. I used to have gravel in my tank but maintenance wise it is really a hassle cuz the amount of poo produced by my plecos are really amazingly mountainous! I siphon once every day or two and the gravel often get sucked up too as I m very ...

Hi, of all the pseudas that I have keep/kept, L160 (spiny monster) and L114 (Leopard Pseudacanthicus) appears to be the most quarrelsome. But the worst of the lot should be the adonis acanthicus(most aggressive when they reach a length of 6"(SL) or more). There will definitely be a squabble or a ...

Hi Kostas, In Singapore, the L47 ard 3" are going for about S$35 each. You can have 2 if u provide enough hiding places for them to take shelter. The initial squabbling for territory is inevitable but as long as there is enough hiding places for them, things should be fine after a few days. The ...
