Re: Not even a cory?

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't S. Euruptus (sp?) an African catfish? Therefore, shouldn't it have harder water to thrive? I have 2 with my African cichlids and at 9 inches long, I consider them thriving.

I will agree that the warm water shortens their lifespan. I just want to make sure that there's no diseases or anything that I need to worry about bc they are with angelfish who are notoriously weak when it comes to diseases.
Also, I don't want to lose anymore cories.

He was 2.5-3 inches for the last 2 years... My angels don't even acknowledge the cories... Only sign he had is that he went into "his" cave for the preceding 2 days and wouldn't come out. I've seen bettas go from old age and they do that too. That's why that's what I'm thinking. No one else is ...

I keep cories with my female sorrorities with no problems. Some of the female bettas shoal with the cories and will eat with them from the bottom in fact. I haven't tried it with my male bc he's got basically the nastiest disposition of any fish I've ever owned. I also don't put them with my single ...

Ok, so I am assuming that in Europe, Air conditioning isn't as common as it is here in the US. It gets over 100 degrees Fahrenheit here, dunno celsius.. but thanks to the AC, the house stays in the lower 70's all day. I actually don't know anyone here without air conditioning, whether centralized or ...

Does my tiger barb that schools with my corys count?
She's an honorary cory. I just think that's funny.
However, I am getting pandas tonight and a second albino for athos, my current albino. I also have 2 pepperred that are sooooo funny and soooooo active. How can one choose???

I just did the gravel to sand upgrade with a tank upgrade with playsand (Wash it good). My cories have been 100 times more animated since the switch, they play in it all day, so much that I had to add a pre-filter on my filter to save my impeller. I potted my plants in clay pots bc a lot of people ...
