Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't S. Euruptus (sp?) an African catfish? Therefore, shouldn't it have harder water to thrive? I have 2 with my African cichlids and at 9 inches long, I consider them thriving.

I keep cories with my female sorrorities with no problems. Some of the female bettas shoal with the cories and will eat with them from the bottom in fact. Ok, so I am assuming that in Europe, Air conditioning isn't as common as it is here in the US. I just did the gravel to sand upgrade with a tank upgrade with playsand (Wash it good).
