I am looking for suggestion on some catfish species that would suit a 200l tank with a temperature between 16 to 22°c
Families:

I was lucky to add a group of 5 Bunocephalus verrucosus after 8 years of searching and getting them in time...I had a pair for several years before...and ever since I lost my first pair while working in South America, I had dreamt of keeping this species ...

Maybe the water is too basic & hard considering the geographic origin of these fish??
That would be about the only possibility I would see!!

My Ancistrus sp Rio Paraguay would show red point coloration at a very young age...(~3cm)and even stress they were really distinctive

Hi!! That is absolutely great...possibly first spawn world wide?!! Yes like Jools I would feed microworms or things like that and that small I am amazed how similar these eggs and fry can look like Auchenipteridae egg and fry...simply amazing I really would have thought they would lay eggs like ...

Ancistrus cirrhosis: I would expect them to be yellow with such name!! ^^
Seriously Ancistrus cirrhosus the natural coloration is brown with white/yellow spots
but there are a bunch a commercial varieties with them being yellow, orange, orange brown, longfins, normal fins, etc...
