Re: Corydoras elegans or sodalis or something else?

Normally the oxygen in the bag is only enough for 72-96 hours, of course depends on the density of the cories. Ammon and nitrate will kill them soon if there is death happened in one bag because the water quality will deteriate quickly. I think it also depends on the packing skill of the exporter ...

I think Cory is really very sensitive to Medicine and Salt.

But in some special condition, I also add them to cure my cory. In my opinion, the PPM is very important for them.

Benny, I bred C. cervinus a while ago. Although it is a decent size fish, the eggs are very small and the fry are tiny. I kept C. cervinus with killifish. When I found the eggs in the spawning mops I initially thought they were killie eggs. Mark Any tips on breeding C. Cervinus? Largely change ...

A funny question: Anybody does count the bristle of an BN?

Just as the title.

If I have time, I would count it. I guess (estimate) the female has less than 15 bristles and male to have about 25.

Thanks. Janne

I use 2 pump (1000L/H) for the tank with about 400 Liter water. I think the water is very good unless the temp is a little low (25 degree centi).

Does the temperature impact their bodycolor?

I have a big problem. My L239s seem to fade in last 2 weeks.

They are very blue when they came back from Colombia in the first week. But now they seem to fade.

I keep them with pH 6.8 and temp 24 degree centi.

What is the matter? Please help me.
