Hello, I have 7 adolfoi that I am trying to breed for over a year, now. They are alone in a 50ltr tank with daily water changes of 20%. Temp 26º, pH 6.5 and low conductivity. Not a single egg. I guess they are very hard to breed. In Portugal they are extremly rare in stores, I maneged to get some in ...

Corydoras geryi . I used to have a group in the past and the males got more and more beautiful. Not so easy to get hold of (at least overhere) and not very cheap either, but what a stunning Cory! Very nice, I've never seen one here in Portugal though Hi, I think I've seen them in Portugal, with ...

Hi,

I will follow Ian's advice. I have one of his books, quite a bibleâ?¦ not as much detail has I need, but very good.
Concerning worm feeding, I can give them some frozen worms. My live grindal stock is very low. (Ant attack)

Well, thank you both for your assistance, I will give newsâ?¦

Congratulations Marc!

I have been trying to spawn them for over 6 month now, with no luck. (I have 14 in 60ltr)
It must be quite hard to trigger the spawning process. Good luck.

Hi MatsP, I have 'Breeding Corydoradinae'. There is a Sterbai log but no haraldschultzi, only a photo in some other breading log. Meanwhile, I read somewhere in the web that one has the head white with black dots and the other has the head black with white dots. But I just canâ??t see that from the ...

MatsP wrote:You don't say anything about the number of fish you have, but you should be OK to have quite a few in a 55l tank.
Sorry, there are 10 specimens.
MatsP wrote:Are the fish at all active?
They are movingâ?¦ they are scooping around the sand as if looking for food, but they pass thru it.

Hi, Finally I got some corydoras arcuatus. They are very rare to find in my country (Portugal), but a store finally has imported some. They are very young and thin. It seems that they only have head. I have put them alone in a 50ltr tank with white sand and a biofilter. I have them for a few days ...
