I don't think that it is a Peckoltia vittata, allthough the P. vittata can have several different patterns, I think it's not a P. vittata.

But it is very hard to ID, probably because he is a little stressed-out. Maybe it is an L265??

I always thought that Cory's didn't tolerate salt in the water (why should they, there is no salt in there natural habitat). But I heard from a forummember that he uses salt in his tank all the time and it doesn't seem to harm them. So I think that most species do tolerate salt.

My Corydoras panda (which only spawn in something like a mop) have actually spawned once in Javamoss. But they liked the algues better, I think... because I found some eggs in them. But I think you have the best results using a actual mop ;)

My L15 is very active during the day. I have other catfish, but I almost only see them when they are fed.

Actually, the first thing I think of reading your post is oxygen. Are you sure that your water contains enough oxygen? I lost a L264 because the Lemna minor grew so fast, that the surface was completely covered with it. Because of that the water couldnt absorp any oxgen.

Ok, thanks everybody. I thought it might be the P. vittata for a while now. Too bad, because I think the L168 is more beautiful, but I doubt if the L168 is more active than the P. vittata (because this one is very active, even when the lights are on).

Well I registered myself, that's a bit easier :)...

The main reason why I doubt that it might be a L168 are the eyes. As you can see, my catfish has a little thing in his pupil of the eyes, which isn't visible on pictures of L152 or L168, but the P. vittata does have this thing.
