Hi marice what I do is half down the centre so they can get to the flesh inside strap it to a rock with a rubberband & pop it in after dark ...(':P')

try putting in blood worm after lights out the way he stands a better chance of getting some also mine love zucchini put a bit of that in c*****ds will not touch that...

i have a 30inch set up with Bristlenose in it with about 100 fry and mine love courgette and the odd bit of veggie flake ,all are doing well.....
