i have bean ofered a red tail at 1ft but i have a 4 ft tank so i tink i will leave him for now...... be very carful buying a red tail thay can be very agressive but have also known them to live with tiger shovel nose an thay were both 2ft in a 6ft tank and very happy. cheers

i have had this prob meny times. some times thay just will not feed. all of my plecs are common plecs tho i do have 1 albino common, well i think he is albino. have u got true bog wood in the tank for your plec i found this got a number of my plecs feed tho thay didnt eat cucumber thay would eat ...

thanx for the help am now going to look for a Synodontis marmoratus for my lima and get rid of my pims. thank you for the help

correct me if im wronge but isnt it a tiger shovelnose x with a lima shovelnose have seen meny of these fish. hope this helps

defenetly Clarias batrachus. had 2 but thay were to voilent so sold them very food orentated. need the space as i found out.

my Sorubim lima will not eat . i have tryed every thing blood worm, live food, prawn and most other things. i have 2 pims in with him and thay eat enything and everything even live plattys!!!! haves enyone got eny idea why this might be and any tips to get him feeding again???
