Yep its an L204. I've got five of these. They love wood but do create a hell of a mess.

Punctatus turning black

I have two Punctatus amongst other corys in my community tank. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed their colour is turning a dark brown almost black in colouration which is very differnt from the shiny colour they used to be. The water is no longer clear and the substrate is in constant need of cleaning of debris, including waste, wood particles/sludge and shards of vegtable. I am daily vacuuming the substrate and changing pre filter sponges two of three times a week. I conduct 40% water change every 5-7 days.

I have been running a 33 Gallon tank (Juwel Rio 125) for a year now with no husbandry problems with the existing fish stock (1x L066, 4x assorted Corydoras, 5x assorted rainbows). Just introducing myself now I've plucked up the courage to join the forum. I have not been a fish keeper long but have already fallen for Corydoras and Plecs. I'm hoping this forum will help me out with the future breading projects I am researching.
