Steve Irwin was a great person.

He understood animals better than most and cared for them.
He didn't turn animals into some profit game, he still took care of them.
And in the face of the public he didn't change his traditions even though it lost him money.

I visited both of the pet stores in this town
neither of them have a hydrometer
and neither of them had the brine shrimp eggs
so instead I ended up with bloodworms
and yay neither had marine salt either

I went and talked to the lady at our local Pet Valu.
And she said she can get the shrimp for me. And she is talking to the guy that she uses that is really smart with fish so they are going to help me get the right salt and such.

Would otto cats work for the ten gal?
I am worried about shrimp cause I hear they can climb out and they tend to be costly... I don't know where I would find live food around here though, any tips?

Yeah one of the bumblebees died last night and the other one isn't doing as good either.

Right before I bought them there was some tragicness in a ripped bag incident. And I believe and overdose in stress coat.

the tank they would be in would be ten gallon if they move away from the guppies
and I have had mollies before and I found them way too agressive
atleast the sailfin mollies
including I didn't like how little room they had in the twenty so I don't want to put them in the ten.

But anyways, I saw something called a bumblebee goby
and I asked how much they were and the guy didn't know so he said '3.99 each' so I got two cause that's all they had.
They are tiny, and I am just wondering ...

And umm... I have a female beta in the tank of my 20 gal and there are guppies and yeah they are all fine... I dunno that one isn't as agressive as my blue... so I am thinking of just moving her to her own tank someplace.
But yeah, the gravel isn't aerated,but I keep it clean ...

yeah, there were some problems in between that post and now
the female was being abusive to the pregnant guppy so I got the breeder out and put the female betta in there, she is suprisingly happy with that
the female guppy however, had roughly 24 babies last night
she is now in the 20 gal again ...

My whiptail has stopped moving around lately, like it will move once or twice a day if I am lucky...
and he has gotten really fat yet he never eats what I have given him
I had thought that maybe he just waited for night
but I was moving stuff around and it didn't move at all.

I was wondering about mating some bettas... and I was thinking of using my ten gallon tank...
what I was wondering is if the whiptail would harm the fry
or if the male betta would hurt the whiptail...

And then it moved again in less than ten minutes! ><But>>

Couldn't get a good shot but it's the best I can get for now.

I'm pretty sure you'll have a hard task blocking enough water-flow from the heater to "cut it off". If it starts to grow too wild, just pick some out and give it to a friend or something... I'm sure you'll be fine planting it around the back of the tank.

The only place in this province that I could imagining having what I wanted didn't have any.

I asked about guppies yes but she said she can't take stock from people... she is picky and she uses one breeder and such...

I dunno I would use petland but they just sell to anybody and I would want to make sure that the people know what they are going to have.....

The only shop that I trust with my fish would be a shop that won't accept fish from hobbyists....
She said she could put up a notice but nothing more...

And about the tank size... if I were to get a bigger one.. would it be safe to have some bigger fish in there too? Or would they bother baby pleco ...

Yeah my guppies all find the zuchinni to be lovely... and my bristlenose sits near it... but my whiptail won't go near it... he hides in his corner by the filter... and he DOES NOT like being intruded upon by anything... oh that was scary cleaning...

My whiptail hasn't had zuchinni yet ...

Alright... and if I managed to get a big tank I could keep the female in the twenty cause I believe it's the male that watches over them

and yeah I gave both tanks some zuchinni and neither touched theirs so I am wondering what's wrong...
