I think this is not a L90. It's a L203/LDA65 instead. Very nice fish. :)

Amazing growth rate for panaque in captive condition! Would be great if you share more details on your husbandry (feeding, water change, tank size etc). This is one gorgeous fish and may the growth continue!

he could be a blue panaque like siurus has posted. panaque is juz a common name for this fish..it is actually not a panaque like the royals. comes from ancistrinae family.

L282 is indeed a beautiful fish! i got mine for much less than 300 USD. size is ard 15 cm.

Hi all, got this new Pseuda over the last wkend. Initially thought it to be a L25 but after some comparison with my other L25 and L24...thought it might be a L24 instead. caril...i'm the guy who bought the 1 L205 from u. :D
so u have no probs with the foam background? do the plecos eat it? it seems like they might be able to keep sucking n breaking pieces of it.

i juz thought of something, i've seen fish stores sell a type of dark coloured styrofoam rock background. how abt i use dat at the bottom instead. would styrofoam be a prob?

ahh thanks for the responses. i luv the look of sand bottoms too, juz wondering how can i clean it without sucking out lots of sand everytime. mokmu, it's great dat u do wad u believe in. If it works for u, then it's great. i guess everybod got their own guidelines abt how natural their habitat is ...

substrate for plecos

hi all, is having substrate impt for plecos? i'm currently having a bare bottom cos it's easier to vacuum the pleco poo. if substrate is recommended wad is the best thing to use? thanks.

i'm using hikari algae wafers..i oso tried some hikari catfish discs..dun seem to like both very much...i juz tried some fresh veggies..n i think i saw my L205 munching on it..heheh..will eating driftwood be able to sustain them? as in they'll not go hungry in the meantime until i find something ...

hi i have a similar question, can the gibby survive solely on the driftwood? I have 3 plecos, 1 gibby, 1 L205 and 1 Royal. It seems like they do not like the algae wafer which i offer very much.
