unheated basement
Hi, I´m planning to reinstall my Fish-rack in a basement room. This room is not heated but the house is new. I´m not measured the temp. yet. But I assume that the air-temp. will not be colder than 16-18°C. Hopefully. The plan is to maintain fish from the suptropics so I don´t have to heat the tanks. ...

what corys in my new tank?
Hi, I´m looking for new Corys in my new Tank. The tank is 86x29x29cm (72L or 19 US.gal). The first fish I like to have is Otothyropsis piribebuy and now I´m looking for Corys as tankmates. Maybe C.hastatus is an option but I need more suggestions. Any ideas or experience with some combinations? ...

Hi,
@Mats:
I totally agree with you!
I just want to know which food the users here use. Nothing else. That should not be a discussion about the general things in breeding Corys.

Re: Which Food do you use?
Hi,
I now that is not so simple to reduce it to to food.
It is completely clear that you have to do more than feed the fish. But that is not the stuff that I´m interesting in.
But my basic question is: What food do you use and why.

You can take a look at my HP. It´s in german but I have a lots of pics. http://siluriphil.de/l129.php http://siluriphil. ...

C.sychri??
Hi, I got some new Cories last weekend. They were defined as C.sychri but I´m not sure if it´s really C.sychri. C97 looks very similar for me. Anyway, they was imported from Peru and both (C.sychri and C97) come from there. And thats the reason why I´m confused. http://siluriphil.de/fotos/C.cf.sy ...

skeletal structure
Hi.
Do someone knows where I can find some Infos about the skeletal structure of corys?
I would like to know how the scientists distinguish the different genera. Some of the important things is the cranial bone, I guess.
Greetings,
Mathias
