ALternativley, give the fish in question a 15 minute long bath in a solution of Potassium permangenate at a concetration ...

That's definitely C.Montana. I'm a big fan of the Ceptopsis family, just cos they are so wierd looking and I love oddballs. I currently have 6 Blue Whales in my 55 and they are such great fish. give you a nasty bit though!

Ypu should be warned, If upping the flow on a Wet/Dry filter, you should remove the prefilter or replace with a more porous pad. Otherwise, you'll flood the pre-filter causing a flooded filter.

I'm also thinking about crossing the male with a female RTC I have in a smaller pond (only 1000 gallon) but if I cross them, will I be able to get the two TSN's (Male and Female) to spawn again?

Very nice! I like planted tanks just a bit more than bare tanks. Do you anchor your plants, or just dig them into the gravel?

Looking for a new oddball cat....

I'm looking for a new, rarish, catfish for a 30 gallon. pH will be about 7.5-8 and the temerature I can change to suit. Any suggestions? It has to stay in there permo though, the rest of my tanks are full at the moment.

Oh and by the way, Hi, I'm duncan and I'm new here.
