Information needed on gold nugget pleco

Hi all, I'm recently stocking my new 150g with loaches and I would like to keep a gold nugget or two in that tank as well. So can any one provide me some information about them like what condition and stuff they need or to watch out.

Thx for looking

This is from my past experiance on clown loaches. Clown comes with internal parasite will looks skinny the bones on its back will show up with dark coloration. I have this kind of problem back in old day when I kept them. And they eventurally waste away even they were eating.
