Arcuatus info?
Hi all,
I just got 5 cory arcuatus, and would like to know a bit more about them and if they have been spawned in the hobby. I have no idea how ot find articles on this site (I'm computer illiterate, bear with me), but if someone can get me a link, I'd love to read some on this fish.
Thanks,
Gary

L-168: a fish with many names?
I'm hoping you pleco experts can help me with this. I will be getting (tomorrow) 2 L-168 plecos. I looked them up on this site, and they are called Dekeyseria brachyura. Aqualog calls them Peckoltia Pulcher, and Datz (?, it's a friend's book) calls them something (not either of the earlier mentioned ...

Just to start a small debate on this topic ( ), the first article I ever read on zebra plecos was in an Aquarium Fish Magazine from about 10 years ago. In it, the author wrote of two documented spawnings of zebras...one in a SA tank, one in a tank with parameters we would call African Cichlid ...

A trick I've heard of to get nocturnal plecos out in the open is to give them dither fish. The dither fish a friend of mine uses on his L-134s are cory Rabauti and another cory (the name escapes me). He noticed a remarkable difference in the amount he saw his fish. I don't think this would hinder ...

L-059 name?
I plan on getting a pair of L-059 Ancistrus plecos soon. I was wondering if this fish has been recently named. I did a yahoo search on the L number, and it came back with the name Ancistrus Haplogenys. Is this valid? Anyone have any keeping/breeding/killing (just kidding) experiences to share ...

Info on C. Sarareensis?
Hi all, I'm new here, and a friend told me to come to the forums asking for info on a fish. So I thought I'd take his advice. So here goes: Does anyone have any info on Cory. Sarareensis? I am getting this fish for the first time, and no one in my area knows much about them. I'm assuming that they ...
