We have a yellow bullhead, about 20cm long, in a large (50g) tank with gravel at the bottom, and a plastic tunnel which I made for him. He seems to be doing well, but I suspect he is lonely/bored. Are there any suggestions on what might help? Another fish? Snails?

Our yellow bullhead seems to be in great shape; except the bottom edge of his anal fin is slightly irregular. Could this be an indicator of some problem? If so, what might be a good way to deal with this? Thanks!

how much & what to feed
We have a yellow bullhead, 7", and we feed him Tetramin tropical tablets. How much should we feed him? Is there a danger of overfeeding? Underfeeding? How do we know when he is getting the right amount?

My 50 gallon tank has coarse plastic coated gravel on the bottom; it has been occupied by my 7" yellow bullhead for about a month. I stirred the gravel a bit recently, and was amazed by the amount of sediment that got stirred up. I assume this is waste from the catfish...... Can anyone advise me on ...
