i have the same exact one at the house... i bought it labeled as butterfly pleco, but when i looked up the butterfly pleco, it was striped and completely different one.... actually yeh, yesterday night before i slept, i wanted to see if my pleco wat eating, so i used a flashlight to spot on it, is that why? will he be normal again?

what does it mean when your pleco has some blotches of white/light brown color mixed with dark brown?

i have a sailfin pleco with jd and was wondering how can i feed my sailfin pleco without my JD eating it... tried cucumbers, zuchini, pellets, peas, algae discs, lelttuce, none of them worked! anyone can help me?

where do you guys be getting your all different species/ but beautiful plecos? all my lfss just sell the common and maybe a rhino here and there

Do pictus catfish need salt in their tank or is it optional? or it never? some1 advised me that salt shouldnt be put with pictus catfish as they will burn even with a small quantity of salt. I just had one and it died the next day, water parameters are fine. Any other good advise on these fishes ...
