HI, thanks for the replies. yes, I agree with both.., but sometimes is really difficult to keep vegetables in the aquarium for the Panaque's demands, well, it depends on if you do water changes every 2 days.. because they will eat all. :P and there is return for those vegetables jeje :shock: REgards ...

population to illustrate how different two members of the same species can actually look.

Never seen them go near plants.

Hi.. these are its narinas.. don't worry...they aren't injured..but maybe a small wound due to stress :) and It's very common in all loricarids.

I agree with MatsP Generally, the biggest problem with larger pl*cos and plants is not the "eating" of the plants, but the "redecorating" that they, either intentionally or accidentally, make a habit of doing.
