I had the same problem ones. The Tremazol help very good, but better when started as soon as possible. For the external Trematodes it is not necessary to repeat the treatment, only for the gill worms.

I don’t have experience, but I’d think the flow you’d need all the time for the Sewellia would be more than most Corydoras could tolerate, at least on a continuous basis. For that reason, I’ve not bought any Sewellia.
