Pygmaeus bloated

One of my Pygmaeus was bloated noticed going to surface a few times. The following day found it dead floating. Is it possible it ate too much? Also noticed another one bloated.

I've been coming to this wonderful forum periodically whenever I needed answers on Catfish species I keep so today decided to become a member.:)
My question is if it's ok to feed my pygmy corydora micro worms daily I also drop a couple of pellets in the aquarium also.
