Hi,
I'm not sure if
Hisonotus leucofrenatus is the correct name although,
the phenotype matches the pictures of
Hisonotus leucofrenatus shown on this page.
According to "Welse Atlas Vol 1" they are a
not yet described species with the designation "LG 2".

update....
around 10th april some otos babies died.
Replacing artemia with "micro" worms solved the problem.
Since then we had no losses. The biggest Otos are now 2,3 cm long and they are already going for cucumber...

Hallo, 4 weeks ago my Otocinclus sp "negros"/"Paraguay" spawned and I saw about 20 frys (4-5mm). I left them in the 54l heavily planted tank and tried to feed with atemia nauplia and spirulina (pills + dissassembled). About 10-12 days after hatching they died within 2 days.
