I am very happy to show my 1st and only fry of my xanto group , I have a problem with a eggtumbler , and from 18 egg spawned , i have only 1 fry . This is 1st italian spawn. Hey Guys, I am in the process of planning an oto habitat (not neccesarilly biotope with regards to plants and co-inhabitants) tank. Most tanks i see for oto breeding are heavily planted, while some of the "biotope" tanks I have seen were just branches with dead leaves. Any suggestions about this ...

If one looks around the net, you will find something interesting regarding 46, 98 and 173. Most sites now list 46 and 98 as the same fish with 98 having a more wavy pattern. However, some sites add the 173 as being another form of zebra like the 98. However, on this site, 173 is considered not to ...

I believe the prevailing thinking on the 98 is it is, at best, a variant of the zebra and not a distinct species on its own.
