Re: Need advice in stores specialized for Pleco in Hong Kong

Thanks for the help!
I'll definitely go to the Gold Fish Street as well as visiting the 5 shore listed by amiidae.
Since a lot of the stores do not operate in street level, it is not easy to find them.

Canadian Aquatic - Vancouver

I want to share my bad experience with this company. I hope our members would learn from it. I was looking for L25 pleco (Catus) for a long time without any luck. A few weeks back, I found this company had them for sale. I contacted them and made the deal quickly to buy 5 of these little beauties. I ...

Thanks Megacat! I am from Edmonton, Alberta. I see them from time to time in a big store in Calgary. But the quality weren't great. I meant the stripe pattern. They asked for over $1100. 2 years ago, I ordered 1 from Florida. She came in at 8". I raised her to 15" before I killed her by accident ...

Red cheek is perfectly normal for young Tigrinus.
It will disappear as the fish growth.
You are from Canada?
I found Tigrinus is very difficult to come by in Canada. Which city are you from???

How high should I raise it to? Would it be better if I also add salt together with the medication and temperature raising ...

Zebra (L046) - Separating eggs/babies from the breeding tank

Hi Everyone,
After a couple years of waiting, I finally have a spawn but there are only 2 servivors. I am wondering how you guys take the eggs out from the guarded cave to hatch artifically. The male would not come out and I am afraid I would damage the eggs.

Any one could help????

Regards,
S Wong
