Update on the monster (unfortunately, no pics): it's doing good; gobbling up all my small tetras and Horadandia that I had kept in the tank. Now, the tank in which it's kept looks like this:

I hope they grow well and venture out often. I added a 5000LPH wave maker near the surface and it's giving a good flow and the tank water now has surface agitation too. In addition to this, there is one 1000LPH internal filter too. Hope thigs would go the mangois way :D

I always love catfish. And this one's devilish looks intrigued me. glyptothorax tank next (if I can't have it in the same tank)

Mine were never fussy at all for feeding & also never came out except for feeding - crazy, manic speedy little devils!!

Good. Feeling little relieved now. :)

Give them enough room/space, otherwise you'll end up with one specimen. These fishes fight rather fiercely amongst each other.

Got 6 of these yesterday. Very shy, come out only for food. Hence, had to take them out for a "photoshoot". The pics are from phone camera. Sorry about the bad quality pics.

Few shots of the Mystus Canarensis in my tank. One is bigger and plumpy and the other one is more colourful, elusive and smaller. I'm thinking they're male/female. :D I got the pics of the bigger one only.

Yes, they are tiny. They grow little bigger than that, but that's only the females. They are plumpier than the males.

Hara Jerdoni eats "smelly" food only. I 'll post a video of it eating frozen blood worms. They ate frozen blood worms and frozen shrimp when I had them in my nano tank.

Lovely tanks, good to see a hobbyist with an inclination towards native species. What do you keep with the Horabagrus , they tend to gobble up any small fish. The M.canarensis will max out at around 6-7 inches TL.

What colour are the fin tips? They look a bit yellowish in the pic but that might just be the lighting.
