Once i bought a pleco from petsmart and it died because it had ick. then it gave ich to my yellow bullhead. then i cured it. but it was a painful win. so lesson learned, dont buy plecos from petsmart.

your fish looks like a pleco. are you giving it wood to eat? plecos need wood.

I recently moved my yellow bullhead catfish out of his 20 gallon long aquarium, and into a 55 gallon aquarium. now i have an empty 20 long. i was thinking that i could start breeding some feeder fish for my catfish in the 55, and i was wondering if any of you catfish geniuses know how to go about it ...

I am going to get a 55 gallon aquarium to spotlight my yellow bullhead, or Amerias Natalis. i want it to look great, so i was wondering if anyone had any aquascaping tips/advice. i want it to have a cave big enough for a 7 inch catfish, plastic plants for him to hide in, and for it too look smashing ...

also, i forgot to tell you that i caught this catfish in the wild as a fry and raised him to 7 inches. i feed him fish that i catch in the wild as store fish have disease. does this change my situation?

what? I have been feeding it with live wild food for months! do you have any suggeations on what to feed it instead? taking out the live wild foor eliminates currently 100 percant of his diet...

so i have this seven inch amerius natalis, or yellow bullhead catfish. he does not eat the food pellets i give him, so i have started feeding him minnows. however, i cant go to the creek for minnows every day. have any ideas? also, is it good just to feed him minnows? i have access to 1.minnows 2 ...
