Re: How to get Farlowellas in the mood ;)
Hi, I tried nearly for years to get the fry from my Farlowellas and my Sturisomathichtys to an adult status and I think, I am on the right way now. It works with the Breeding Box BB10, where I put the fry after I have taken them from the glass where they have been put by their parents. During the ...

Re: Breeding problems with Sturisomatichthys spec.
This is the food fed to trout fry. He puts them into a shallow plastic container with an airstone and sits them on top of his aquarium. Andy Hi Andy, maybe it depends on the food, on different food, more than the AlgaeWafers I used to offer...... I'll try some protein the next time (there are about ...

Breeding problems with Sturisomatichthys spec.
Hi, for years on end I tried to bring the larvae over the deadly border of the eight or ten week. About 80-90% die then, although I tried to feed them with nearly everything from CyclopEeze over HikariAlgaeWafers to Algae on a glass or mixed vegetables dried and frosted on stones etc. Some say, that ...

How do you feed them that they reach the age of more than 6 weeks - I'm just trying Chlorella.

"schwarz" and I whish I knew, that this Cory truely exists, comes from Venezuala and is no variation of C. anaeus or C. schwartzi etc. As Shane says: "C. venezuelanus is no doubt ...

Lot's of bumping, body slamming and chasing. Does anyone know if this behavior will die down? As I write, they have ...
