I'm so sorry to hear that 2wheels, I'd had 'spots' for ova two years and had not had any issues with him. I was worried about the discolouration on him when found. Worried that it could of been a fungal disease which might spread though the tank.

Just for an update, my lace syno's eye is looking so much better, still looking a bit scarred but not 'popped out' anymore. He also tonight hunted like his usual self! Nearly all back to normal. That you all for all advice and reassurance. X

It's been a week since I first posted and am now beginning to worry as my cat is ignoring feeding time. A once happy healthy eater, used to go round in a hump until he found his bits at feeding time now doesn't even move a muscle whilst everyone is munching around him. I feel so useless.

Water change done, but unfortunately no difference either way yet. Against idea of moving him ( I presume it's a him as have never tried to sex my cats) as it'll have to be a swap of cats from each tank and featherfin was only moved 2 days ago. Don't want two stressed / poorly cats.
