Re: Fish tanks in loft/Attic?
Thanks for that! Sorry for the late reply. There is an old water tank with pipe work in the attic so my plan would be to draw off that to fill up the tanks and there is a window that can be opened onto the roof so I’d plan to pump the water out there so no need for buckets up and down the attic

Fish tanks in loft/Attic?
Hi,
I’m wondering if anyone has ever made a fish room or had tanks in there loft/attic? I was thinking on having a few 2ft and 4ft tanks spread across the attic and insulating it all and plaster boarding it. It’s already got flooring but wasn’t sure if it would be ideal with condensation/heating ...

Re: Help Needed Bristlenose plec wound
Hi Eric, I live in Scotland so I have really soft water with very little KH so the ph can fluctuate a lot more. The last water change was done yesterday but before that was about a week ago. The ph is around 7.

2 different Cory eggs or same species?
I noticed today that I have around 30 Cory eggs in one of my tanks. Some of the, are slightly smaller and brown and the other look very slightly bigger and grey/clearer. I’ve got C126, Cw140 and Weitzmani in the tank. I seen the CW140 Spawn and they produced the larger eggs. I’m just wondering if ...

Hi, my KH out the tap is near enough 0 according to the test strips and liquid test kit. There for in my tanks it’s reading 0 as well. My ph is moves from 7.2 one week to as low as 6.3. I’m wondering what the best way to raise/stabilise the KH without raising the ph too much
