Re: cw009 spawn

They are now 2 month old. And now they have an incipient bright lateral line. I think it will be their "green lasser". I don't know if you can see it in the photographs. They aren't so good...

Re: cw009 spawn

Well. They are 1 month old. I have 6 baby corys alive. As you can see, they haven't got the colours of this specie yet... But they are very active. I am so happy.
Here I show you some photos.

Re: cw009 spawn

At the moment there are some alive. I don´t know how many because they are in a net box, and I put them a piece of moss. When I move the box some some speedy baby cross the box but I can´t count them. But I think there aren´t too many. Four or Five, I suppose. When they grow up, I´ll tell you.

Re: cw009 spawn

Today I have seen the babies at first time. And even there are 10-15 eggs with great color that i hope they hatch today or tomorrow. I don't know how many are there, because of their vitality. 5-6, I don't know.

I'm amazing!! I am waiting for this moment long time ago!!
I will say you...

I've been with them a couple of years and had not managed to make a start (or if they had actually had eaten unless I see ) .

After the summer taking advantage of a disaster in a prawn pool , I pulled out of the Community tank and I put my 6 corys Cw009 in a 30 l aquarium cube . With aerator ...

Re: My Green Laser Cory CW009

I have a cw009 cory group. I haven't been able to spawn them. I have read in this post that you had the same problem last year. Had you successful? Did you get breed them? If did it, I'll be glad if you give me any advise.

Thank you, anyway.

Re: Breeding cory cw 009

Thank you, Korsaaven for your answer. Now they are alone in the tank for at least 15 days. Ph 7. I have fed them with frozen red bloodworm. I have made many water change, with cold water with no results. I see them very actives "cleaning" the walls. And the males persecute females. But they don´t ...

Re: Breeding cory cw 009

Thank you very much for your fast answer. I´ve already moved my corys to a new tank 3 days ago. I look for oak leaves, or something like that.
Thank you again
