My water is all cloudy looking and has been for over a week now. I was told to do partial water changes by one person but by another person I was told to not touch the tank and to let it rest. I really don't want to lose the remaining fish in the tank. Not sure what I can do to help the bloom though ...

Yes the Ich has cleared up. Unfortunately I got home from work today to find my Raphael cat at the top of the tank behind the filteration tube.
