Re: L600 value
Thanks for the reply Linus. I ended up passing on him. If I was at the convention, I would of had to score a few of those at $55 though ![Cool b-)](./images/smilies/16.gif)

L600 value
Hi folks..Have the opportunity to purchase a 2inch L600. Was wondering if $100 was a fair price to pay. What is the average value in the US market for one of these at this size and maybe one a bit larger at the 5 to 7inch range. I might just holdout for one bigger if it's a smarter $$ purchase ...

Re: L14 (sunshine) or L253 (royal sunshine)?
Thanks for the replies folks. I do agree with the L14 being the more attractive adult species. I had a nice one lined up, but when i went to go pick it up, it was covered with ich...and the seller didn't even know it till i pointed it out to him (tough to notice with their colors). He's gonna treat ...

L14 (sunshine) or L253 (royal sunshine)?
Thinking about getting either of these species and didn't know if anyone had a preference on which one to get. They seem to look fairly similar but very undecided still. Looking to acquire a roughly 10inch adult

Re: Sexing WC L46
@ Jason
I agree, you better watch out for some F1’s. The smaller you purchase them, the more chances you have to find later on some female fish. It al depends how much patience you have.
@ Birger
Of course these are things said off the record. As far I know they have been imported together with ...

Re: Sexing WC L46
just wondering folks-should a redflag go up if a distributor of WC zebras refuses to sex a lot of 5 or 6 specimans from 2.5 to 3inch. Am i better off just finding some juvie F1's and pray for a few females that way?

Sexing WC L46
Hi, was wondering if anyone knew if the majority of WC L46 being sold by distributers are already sexed before you get them. I know the females are more allusive in the wild and therefore represent a lower % of them being distributed. Since they are rarer and worth more $, are many of the females ...

L46 breeding questions
Hi all, I have been keeping L46 for years, but just recently bought a small group of them and started thinking of getting them to breed in the near future(might need a couple more females before this happens, though). I have a couple questions. First, i was wondering from the members who have been ...

Re: how to get new plecos eating
Like wrasse said your water params need to be gd first. Green phantoms are not the most outgoing feeders like blue phantoms usually are. In your case i would limit the bottom dwellers to make sure he gets food. If you have many other large veggie eating plecs with him, it could make the situation ...
