The temp hovers around 28-29 C. The tank has a year old 36W PL lighting. Question: Are cories supposed to be an active lot swimming all over the tank or they are supposed to stay at the bottom. I've noticed the former behaviour only when the cories are first put in the tank. Since you added a ...

Dear all,
I have bought today five young panda's. When I took them home I saw one of them with a bad tail and back fin (dorsal fin?), there are pieces missing. As far as I can see, there is no sign of fungus or whatsoever.
In a good environment, will the fins cure back to normal again?

Hi, I have a 110 liter/29 gallon (US?) tank and I have (amongst others) a group of 5 cories in it. I would like to add another group of about the same size (4-5 cories) of a different Corydoras species. My bioload is very low, so there is room for some more fish.
