Unless you breed the same color morph to eachother, i.e super red X super red, calico x calcico you will get browns. The dominate gene is brown. So if you take a super red and breed it to blue eye albino you will get browns. Crossing a longfin and short fin you will get a mix of both.

Im looking for a calico longfin bn male. If anyone has one please let me know. Can also trade for a male super red.

Yup. All parameters are good. Did a few water changes, always use prime for dechlorinator.

No I dont. I got them from an online vendor, I tried emailing them about what they were fed but havn't gotten a response.

I got a group of 6 bn longfins about 6 days ago. I put them in my 20 long with a seeded sponge filter. They have not eaten at all for 6 days. They were nice and plump when I got them and they are shriveling up looking very skinny now. I have tried everything, hikari algae wafers, green beans, nls ...
