Frankly speaking, I liked both species though I thought that the Euchilichthys species were cuter – but what’s keeping you from getting both the species – there seem to be hardly any difference between the two!! I would go in for both if they can be put together without harming each other!!

Wow. Those are some real awesome specimens there and I can understand you regretting not buying the catfish!! But frankly, I would also concentrate on buying the species that I already have instead of buying just one of two of different ones!! Would definitely like to see your collection too!!

Though I love to come and hang around, I am not much of an expert in these matters!! But there are some solid suggestions here and I am sure you’ll find the best catfish to put in your tank with the African cichlids that you now have – hope we see some pictures soon!!

That was a real good buy and I am sure that you’ve got yourselves some fish friends there especially since the Phractura ansogii are a very friendly breed and are well adjusting!! Are the two in the picture the bigger ones you mentioned!! The book mentioned here is the best you can lay your hands on ...

Really enlightening discussion about the S. decora and with so much of details about them, I am sure that I’ll also be able to identify them. I didn’t know that the hybrids came from Czech Republic – just goes to show how well we have to do our homework – will check up on that!!
