Hi there! The eggs were hatched in an incubator as the first batch (in December) was eaten by the male fish. I know 5 fish from 18 eggs is not a high rate. Nevertheless I am happy. Hello! There are about 10 clay caves in the tank and only one slate cave. The eggs were layed into the slate cave. The cave is about 12cm deep. The entrance measures 3,5cm x 2,5cm(high) In this moment I do not have any pictures of the tank. Get yourself some L239. It is a wonderful species ...

Hello!

I still have one fry in a small growout tank installed in the main tank.
Today I started feeding my single fry with smashed plankton tabs & cyclops.
You can already see the white-yellow stripe on the dorsal as well as on the caudal fin.
