bristlenose, or any pleco question. Are Rubber bands safe?
I am setting up a planted tank and plan on housing 2 BN plecos. Is it ok to have rubberbands tying some of my plants onto the driftwood? Should I just er on the side of caution and wait till the plant attaches itself, and then cut the band, then get the plecos?

I have become enfatuated with the "super red" BN pleco... Is it shunned upon to put say with an Albino and reg. BN pleco... 3 in total? I am going to be upgrading my tank to a 75 gallon. I currently have 1 Albino BN Pleco. It will be planted heavily and will have driftwood and a few caves. Which Pleco's could get along with small community fish and stay around 5-7 inches like my ancictrus. I have read some can be territorial with ...

Ok, so my Albino BN Pleco keeps my tank almost spotless, and eats her Zucchini. I also have a staple pellet, algae wafers, and shrimp pellets. I have noticed that she eats zucchini during the day. I drop in pellets and algae wafers (not at the same time) at night, alternating when the light go off. I ...

Hey Mats.. The Zucchini was a success without blanching it (missed that part in your article) Today I am trying sweet Potatoes. I blanched it for about 30 seconds. I read the sticky about this.. however I don't know if I can get my hands on micro worms. Would frozen brine shrimp be allright, or are they too big? Then do I crush up flake food real fine to make it a powder? I am a newbe, so this is very exciting for me, and I want to be prepared when these ...
